About Refund:
If you received items that were absolutely damaged, please give the proof
(photos or other) to us and we'll refund the money to your account balance, we give you 30 days to let me know the problems.
If you don't receive the goods or the parcel lost, we'll re-send your goods
or refund the money.
If you cancel an paid order before we deliver to ship, we'll refund the
money.

About Orders:
We
normally process your order in 12 hours, and we'll give you conformation emails.
If some products not available in that time, we'll tell you in time.
If your order has created and not pay, you can cancel your order in any time,
and we'll update your account balance to your last amount.
If your order has paid but not in transit we can give you a chance to cancel the order. We refund 90% of the total amount. But if we had delivered the parcel to the express company, we'll not permit it.
You can change your order content before we ship your order out.

About Shipment:
If you don't receive the goods at the time frame given, please kindly email our customer service personally and our sales assistant will advise you soonest possible.
Due to unforeseen circumstances (such as public holidays, natural disaster, demonstrations & strikes, etc.), the delivery of your package might be slightly delayed. This is unfortunately beyond our control. But it will not take more than
25 days. If you do not receives your shipment for more than 21 days from the day we dispatch your order and believe that your shipment has been lost, please contact us and we will send a replacement order
to you as soon as possible.
Our cooperator is TNT, DHL, FEDEX, EMS or UPS, we may choose one of them. If the parcel is in transit, it will cost only 7-10
business days to arrived to your hand. We'll send you a order update email. And when you had received it, please give us a email as confirmation, thanks!
